Bay Lakes Builders is proud to have recently won their 14th Guildmaster award for customer satisfaction in April 2024. GuildQuality, an independent third party, provides an important service to Bay Lakes Builders by administering post-construction customer satisfaction surveys on their behalf. Only those building professionals meeting strict metrics for response rate and recommendation rate are considered for the annual Guildmaster award.   All new custom home customers are required to be surveyed to be eligible for the award, so 'cherry-picking' is not allowed.

The awards are a result of Bay Lakes continued commitment to improve the building experience for their customers.  By having an independent third party soliciting the survey responses, Bay Lakes' customers are provided with a judgement-free sounding board for both praise and constructive criticism to allow Bay Lakes to better understand their customer's building experiences and make any needed process improvements.  A survey summary report, including many client comments, is available by clicking the button below.
